The HP Digital Sender 9100C allows for documents to be digitised and e-mailed, faxed or printed with the touch of a single button. This results in huge cost savings over traditional document delivery methods - such as conventional mail, inter-office delivery, courier services and faxes.

The machine stores up to 200 000 e-mail addresses that can be grouped into up to 512 fax distribution lists. It supports billing codes and most network fax packages, is compatible with Adobe Acrobat Reader and Windows Imaging, and even allows for documents to be sent to applications.
