SBS Africa Holdings (Pty) Ltd has been formed through the merging of the highly successful Specialised Business Systems close corporations countrywide. Nico Prinsloo, previously the Cape Town Managing Member, has been appointed as a Director to the board of SBS Africa Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Nico joined Specialised Business Systems 5 years ago and through his extensive experience in networking, has positioned SBS Africa Holdings as a leading network solutions provider.
Having recognised the importance of transformation in South Africa, SBS are striving to develop new networks and ways of conducting business, such that value is added to wealth creation for the company and any participant in the Black Economic Empowerment Policy.
"Internally our employee structure remains in line with these developments with 56% of our work force and over 70% of our management positions being held by previously disadvantaged individuals.
