Siltek Distribution Dynamics (SDD), the focused IT company in the Siltek Technology Chain Group, has set up Epson Express Centres at its dealer centres nationwide. The Epson Express Centres incorporates the Epson Warranty Exchange, which enables customers to exchange faulty printers, and also host Epson's wide range of consumables and media.
"SDD's Dealer Centres carry a wide range of merchandise allowing SDD dealers to demonstrate the latest IT equipment to customers and select products in an attractive environment," says Shane Tyrell, Epson business unit manager at SDD.
"Epson is one of SDD's most venerated partners and the Epson Express Centres adds value to our Dealer Centres in terms of customer services: our customers now have the advantage of a one-stop solution to their Epson product needs," says Tyrell.
Epson Express Centres are set up at SDD's Dealer Centre branches located in Gauteng, Cape Town and Durban and are manned during regular working hours.
"Usually a customer leaves empty handed after taking a product to be repaired. Epson products come standard with a one-year exchange product warranty, meaning that they will no longer be repaired but rather swapped out with a reworked product according to Epson's world wide quality standards," says Tyrell. "Another advantage of the Epson Express Centres, is that it hosts Epson's range of consumables and media. Customers can now solve their needs in one-stop."
Epson will also present all customers who have had to exchange their products with a 'Sorry Pack' containing customer feedback forms, and complimentary sets of Epson media.
