To enter the competition, companies need to clearly define what differentiates their HR management techniques and demonstrate how this provides a platform for more effective employee-employer relationships.
The HR Personality of the Year will be a special person who focuses on the overall well-being of employees - someone who goes the extra mile in encouraging and motivating employees and makes a difference for the company with creative and innovative HR management practices.
The HR Personality of the Year will win four nights at the Diamonds Dream resort, Zanzibar, including flights, airport transfer, breakfasts and dinners for two. Entries close on 31 October 2011.
