SecureData secures clients through implementation of PeopleSoft CRM

As part of its customer service transformation project, SecureData, an ERP.com Company and the exclusive sub-Saharan distributors of Trend Micro, is using PeopleSoft CRM, implemented by PeopleSoft South Africa and ERP.com.

The main reason for the choice, according to Dean Brazier, managing director of SecureData, is that PeopleSoft CRM, powered by Vantive, provided the company with the best solution for its new CRM project. He says, "It is the most flexible application in the market with rapid implementation time, a vital consideration with regard to the quick increase of service to customers." Brazier emphasises that the PeopleSoft CRM solution provides the means to achieve the goals of SecureData`s customer`s service transformation project.

Ideally the project is aimed at increasing customer support and relationship management with a more proactive approach in the warning of potential and real security breaches such as virus attacks.
