SecureData Security, a division of JSE-listed SecureData Holdings, is introducing a new channel partner incentive programme aimed at rewarding its enterprise security channel partners for their focused and aligned commitment.
The programme, called ESP^2 (Enterprise Security Partner Programme), stretches across a range of the product lines and vendors that SecureData Security represents in South Africa.
ESP^2 gives SecureData's top-performing Enterprise Secure Partners financial rewards for achieving strong sales of strategic product lines as well as for reaching certain value thresholds for their total purchases of product from SecureData each fiscal quarter and financial year. "This programme aims to reward large specialist security firms and systems integrators with strong security practices for their performance across the SecureData product portfolio and to give them incentives to buy larger product volumes," says Phil Allcock, channel director at SecureData Security.
"We already have strong support for this programme from our top-tier enterprise security partners. Some of these partners will be enrolling in the programme during our last quarter, but we are planning roll it out more extensively during our next fiscal."
Most of the vendors that SecureData represents have existing and structured partner programmes in place to reward channel partners with additional margin opportunities for meeting and exceeding revenue targets and achieving technical criteria.
The ESP^2 programme will complement and extend these vendor programs, giving security-focused partners opportunities to earn additional attractive financial rewards for meeting achievable targets.
SecureData channel partners that participate in the programme will commit to achieving quarterly and/or annual buy-in targets by relevant product and by total purchases from SecureData. They will also be given stretch targets by product buy-in and total buy-in. There will be separate rewards for each of these targets.
