Due to the sensitive nature of the information of the SABRIC website, Flux Interactive, in collaboration with Definity-SA, designed and implemented an upgraded security process to be followed by registered users (members).
The following best practice security measures were introduced:
* Members need to change their password on first log on and the administrator will not be able to see the new password
* An upgraded password reminder process
* Improved standards of minimum requirements for passwords
* Increased frequency of user intervention to change passwords
* Updated archiving process for inactive users
This collaborative solution between FLUX, Definity-SA and SABRIC was launched on 01 August 2006.
