The company says headline earnings per share will be between 18c to 27c, while basic earnings per share should be reported as being between 57c to 85c.
Last year, headline earnings per share were 55c, while earnings per share were R2.02.
Sekunjalo says earnings per share were impacted largely by the restructuring of the group, which is now complete. The company's results should be out on 11 May.
It has investments in fishing, aquaculture, IT, telecommunications, financial services, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and enterprise development.
