InfoBlueprint a services company specialising in data and information quality management, addressed the importance of data quality in decision making in its first Data Quality Seminar in Cape Town.

The seminar, entitled: 'Raising the Business Value of Quality Information' was held at the Kelvin Grove Club in Newlands and drew over 50 representatives from a broad range of businesses facing information quality challenges. Presentations and discussions focused on the new possibilities for improving data and information quality, and thereby reducing costs and improving customer service. The event, presented by Bryn and Alan introduced the Blueprint Methodology for Data and Information Management, which advocates a strong focus on managing Quality and developing a 'Quality-Minded Culture'.
