ASYST International SA, the sole South African distributor for Access Accounting Ltd, has announced a Service Management Suite that is fully integrated with Windows accounts software.
"Our solution is 100% integrated to stock, serial numbers, SOP and Sales Ledger so we don`t have any duplication of information or function," commented Paul Marketos, Managing Director of ASYST International SA.
"Our service management software is a UK developed and supported product, backed by Access Accounting with standard links into the order processing and stock modules, providing very close integration through real time data updates. We also have sophisticated schedules of rates and meter billing functions. Everything is supported in NT and SQL Server 7 in addition to Oracle," Marketos added.
"At last it is impossible for an engineer`s chargeable callout to go un-invoiced. We enter thousands of transactions and store a mountain of detail," commented Brian White, Managing Director, National Fax Holdings Ltd.
