Ocular Technologies, a South African contact centre solutions provider, has announced that it has retained its Level One status in accordance with the Codes of Good Practice, issued in terms of the country's Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act.
This makes it seven years in a row that the company has independently been verified as a Level One contributor. In addition, Ocular Technologies has maintained its procurement recognition level of 135%.
