Siebel Systems, PwC Consulting deliver broader range of e-business solutions

PwC Consulting`s B2E initiative includes Siebel Employee Relationship Management (ERM) products and services

Siebel Systems, Inc, the world`s leading provider of e-business applications software and PwC Consulting, a business of PricewaterhouseCoopers, today announced that the two organisations will bring together Siebel Employee Relationship Management (ERM) applications and PwC Consulting`s new B2E (Business to Extended Enterprise) initiative to joint customers.

The B2E initiative is a collection of applications and services that enables global enterprises to unleash the potential of their business, employees, and assets. By deploying these solutions over the Web, companies can improve collaboration, productivity, and efficiency among employees, customers, suppliers and business partners, regardless of their location or role within the organization.

Services to support Siebel ERM 7, Siebel Systems` comprehensive suite of employee facing applications, will now be offered as part of the B2E solution set. PwC Consulting has recognised Siebel ERM 7 as a valuable component for building B2E solutions.

Siebel ERM 7 provides an integrated suite of applications that dramatically increases employee productivity and organisations` performance through accelerating and streamlining information and content management, training and education, team collaboration and support. By improving organizational alignment, increasing employee satisfaction and retention, and reducing the cost of employee processes, Siebel ERM 7 can deliver increased productivity and profitability.
