In a deal that once again demonstrates the company's expertise across a wide range of industries, Siemens Business Services has secured an IT-service contract with VUB, one of Slovakia's leading banks.
Primarily covering the maintenance of the bank's ATM network, the contract is worth almost 10 million euros. As part of the deal, Siemens will deliver and deploy around 340 ATMs countrywide.
Siemens helps VUB to replace older machines and expand its network of ATMs up to 530 throughout the country.
The contracted ATMs are manufactured by Diebold, the world's second largest ATM producer and a partner of Siemens Business Services.
