Siltek has announced the enhanced implementation of Customer Service Centres at all its branches around the country. These centres will offer resellers the added benefit of a one-stop shop encompassing walk-in sales, warranties and swop outs, collections and repairs.
Colin Flatau, managing director of the Volume Distribution Division at Siltek Limited says that Siltek's policy is to continuously add value to our customers and the customer services centre will offer resellers one contact point at each centre and a single collection point for all products and services.
In addition, the proposed customer service centres will offer resellers the opportunity to purchase emergency supplies of various Siltek offerings. This includes a wide range of merchandise from SDD/OTG, Workgroup and Memtek as well as Siltek's local PCs such as Xylo, Vision, Laptech and Fujitech.
This move is in line with Siltek's vision to reach resellers in other parts of the country and to offer them the benefit of Siltek's services and products.
"With customer service centres at our branches in Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein and Port Elizabeth our plans in the foreseeable future are to roll-out an additional five centres around the country," concludes Flatau. "Siltek is committed to servicing the channel. We believe that the implementation of Customer Service Centres at our branches is a positive step into building strong relationships with our customers, because it offers a constructive solution to their needs in terms of saving time. Now they will have more time to spend on their core function, the end-user."
