Johannesburg, 19 Apr 2000

Siltek Telecoms, a specialist telecommunications distributor, has appointed Sourcekey Solutions as both business partner and reseller.

Under the agreement, Sourcekey Solutions will sell consumables to the call centre market, focusing specifically on the range of Danacom headsets. It will also include Dictaphone, Ringmaster and a full selection of call centre products in its portfolio.

According to Michael Aitken, managing director of Siltek Telecoms, "Sourcekey Solutions has a strong nationwide presence, as well as a comprehensive skills base. The company is not only a reseller, but also adds value by offering consulting, maintenance and warranty repairs."

Matthew Kalkwarf, director at Sourcekey Solutions, says "The strength of our business lies in our experience in the PABX and telecommunications market. Sourcekey Solutions has specialised call centre skills and concentrates on providing solutions, not just selling products."

The Danacom headsets are used in call centres world-wide and come in eight models with a variety of features including receiver housing of 32mm and 48mm, as well as monaural and biaural omnidirectional capability.

By offering products such as Dictaphone's Freedom and Softech Telecoms' Ringmaster, Sourcekey Solutions can also provide recording and call management solutions to its customers.
