Simeka BSG will soon be known as Simeka Business Solutions Group.
Late Friday, the company's shareholders approved a special resolution to change its name.
The reason for this change, said Simeka BSG, was to "align the company's name to more closely reflect the main business of the company".
Simeka BSG plans for the name change to become effective on 14 December.
