The fast pace of business growth and technology convergence is driving companies to look toward strategic partners that can provide aggregated business services though a single relationship.
In operation since 1992, and positioned globally as a value-added business specialist in consulting and business solution development, SIS has reorganised its operations to address the provision of these cutting-edge solutions for its clients, and to entrench and broaden its existing offerings.
Reorganisation of the company has resulted in the formation of The SIS Group, an organisation active in the provision of business solutions through its subsidiaries SIS, One Turn and COSIS.
Each subsidiary operates in a specialist focus area. SIS retains its focus on business consulting and implementation. COSIS is a specialist outsource provider of BPO and shared services. One Turn is a dedicated ASP, providing businesses with access to integrated enterprise applications on a pay per use basis through its partner network.
Although autonomous entities, the subsidiaries offer complementary services and collaborate to ensure clients seamless access to group services.
The group companies collaborate on a single framework of products comprising ERP, payroll, HR, CRM, business intelligence and balanced scorecard.
Rob Hawley, CEO of SIS Holdings, believes it is the exceptional knowledge-base within the organisation paired with broad experience that enables the group to continue providing leading products and services to its clients.
Says Hawley: "The group is uniquely positioned to broaden its scope in both local and international markets, providing aggregated business services. Our clients like the fact that partnering with our group shifts the paradigm regarding the importance of IT in the organisation, and enables them to truly focus on their core business."
The SIS Group is based in SA, with representation in the UK and Russia.
