September 14 marked the official signing of a Business Agreement (BA) between SITA and the Free State Provincial Government (FSPG) in Bloemfontein.
SITA is now officially charged with the challenge of identifying the FSPG's expectations and perceptions and will naturally have to deliver against these expectations as IT service provider for the Province. "Our primary target will, however, remain exceptional customer service, with specific reference to firstly, enhancing a customer-focused business relationship with the FSPG, and secondly, continuously improving on this relationship by means of tangible proof, through exceptional service delivery, of our commitment towards the FSPG", Mr Kgabo Badimo SITA's Acting Executive Manager Client Services and Marketing said.
The agreement was signed by Mr Badimo on behalf of Ms Makano Mojapelo, Acting MD of SITA and Director-General, Mr de Wee, on behalf of the Free State Province.
The signing is yet another milestone in SITA's aim to become the sole IT provider for all Government departments, Provincial Governments and organs of State and one step closer to the provinces full participation in SITA. Through this initiative SITA is striving to better the services to the citizens of the country.
