Local IT training company, Smartsource Learning Solutions, has partnered with leading international provider of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) accredited courses and consultancy, Pink Elephant, to deliver certified courses in IT service management throughout SA's major city centres.
The objective of the partnership is to help transform local IT departments into true business support units within organisations by providing high-quality courses and consulting services in the area of IT service management, including IT and business alignment as well as project management.
Matthew Costello, MD of Smartsource Learning Solutions, explains that an increasing number of South African companies are aligning themselves to international best practices.
