Snap-Tech Pty Ltd, an accredited PRINCE2 consulting and training service provider, has recently signed a joint agreement with Interactive Methodologies as a reseller of i-Method.
The agreement allows Snap-Tech to provide i-Method value-added reseller services to the Africa and Middle East regions.
i-Method has been developed to bridge the gap between PRINCE2 theory and its application, providing staff with document templates, automatic reporting, a central data repository, automatic configuration management and more.
Accessed via the company intranet or the Internet, all project staff can have access to real-time project information.
All progress is updated and authorisations are granted online, reducing the need for costly meetings and expensive time wasting. i-Method is fully PRINCE2 compliant, has full database functionality, and provides users with a PRINCE2 Project (or Programme) Support Office overnight and ensures a fast track approach to implementing project governance in an organisation.
The Snap-Tech team has many years' experience in Africa, delivering PRINCE2 into organisations through accredited training programmes and consultancy services. During this time it has found that many organisations struggle to take full advantage of their newly acquired knowledge. i-Method has been created to take the strain out of applying PRINCE2.
