Softline ACCPAC will showcase the latest version of its award-winning customer relationship management (CRM) solution, Accpac CRM version 5.8, at Futurex next week.
Offering feature-rich sales, marketing and customer support automation for small and mid-sized businesses, version 5.8 enhancements expand on the Accpac CRM traditions of fast deployment, easy feature configuration and flexible data integration with the introduction of new end-user dashboard options, improved data management capabilities and extended system administration features.
According to a recent report from Forrester, CRM is now a core element of enterprise competitive strategy. The research firm believes investment in CRM will continue, but with a focus on extracting more value and capability out of previous CRM spending commitments. Forrester says 2006 will see enterprises focusing on process improvement to deliver better customer experiences, vendors re-architecting their solutions, and professional service providers revamping their CRM deployment methodologies.
Jeremy Waterman, managing director, Softline ACCPAC, says Accpac CRM is an example of what Forrester predicted: "It is the only mid-market CRM solution available today that allows organisations to choose either an on-demand or on-premises deployment and provides the ability to migrate between them in order to accommodate an organisation's changing business needs and IT resource constraints."
Waterman says his customers can choose the Accpac CRM Solution that is right for their growth model, workflow and budget.
