Software AG implements new management structure

The Software AG Supervisory Board has established a new company governing body: the Group Executive Board (GEB).

The GEB consists of four members from the current management board plus four divisional directors representing the operational management areas. Chairman of the Group Executive Board (GEB) is Karl-Heinz Streibich, CEO of Software AG.

The enhanced management structure reflects the increased size of Software AG and is adaptable to the rapid growth of the enterprise.

The four divisional directors are Mark Edwards, Ivo Totev, Kamyar Niroumand, recently announced as new Executive Vice-President DACH, and Josef Bommersbach, Executive Vice-President, IDS Scheer's Global consulting.

The four management board members are Karl-Heinz Streibich, Arnd Zinnhardt, David Broadbent and Dr Wolfram Jost, recently appointed, with responsibility for research and development, product management and product marketing for all Software AG Group products.

Software AG's current Chief Product Officer, Dr Peter K"urpick, is leaving the company at his own request.
