Software AG today announced its leadership position in delivering services-oriented architecture (SOA) governance technologies to the marketplace.
According to Gartner, a leading industry analyst firm, Software AG ranks number one in worldwide SOA governance market share. As a whole, the SOA governance market experienced robust growth in 2009, despite a global recession, expanding 17.5%, states Gartner.
The ranking, based on total software revenue in 2009, represents the second consecutive year in which Software AG is listed by Gartner as the global market leader in SOA governance.
Also in 2009, Gartner positioned Software AG in the Leaders' Quadrant for Integrated SOA Governance Technologies Magic Quadrant.
