Softworx, regional SSA Global master distributor and member of the EOH Group, has launched SSA Business Intelligence (SSA BI), a comprehensive solution that delivers reporting, analysis, monitoring and notification functionality in a single, easy-to-integrate solution.
By delivering a single solution with full business intelligence capabilities, SSA Global is helping customers improve decision support for their overall operations through a streamlined implementation process and reduction in complexity for end-users. SSA BI has been integrated with SSA ERPLN and there are plans to integrate the solution with other SSA Global applications.

To facilitate simplified implementation, SSA BI is Web-based and includes pre-defined integrations and content.
SSA BI is a core component of SSA Open Architecture, for the enablement of service-oriented architecture (SOA) from SSA Global. The SSA BI solution enables the SSA Decision Services tier of SSA Open Architecture by delivering dynamic reporting capabilities so decision-makers at all levels of an organisation have the flexibility to analyse specific business issue from multiple perspectives in order to identify and solve business problems.
