Sony copies Wii
Sony's new F305 handset has a control pad similar to those found on games consoles, and also contains a motion sensor that reacts to hand gestures, much like Nintendo's feted Wii device, says Times Online.
Sony Ericsson's new handset claims to offer eight hours of game play, and comes with a small battery pack that can be attached to a key ring and plugged into the phone to charge it.
The device, which will be released in the third quarter of the year, can also be flipped on its side so that the screen can be used horizontally.

New gaming machine released
Computer manufacturer Asus has launched a product which is solidly aimed at the gaming community, says CCL.
The Asus Ares CG6155 desktop PC has a chassis inspired by the look of ancient and modern amour in both western and eastern styles, to drive home the message that the system is designed for serious competition.
The system uses an overclocked IntelCore2 Extreme QX9650 processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX280 3-Way SLI graphics card and Dual Channel DDR3 1333MHz memory to promise performance when the games begin.
