Spectrum Information Technology's drive to provide totally integrated Electronic Document Management and Workflow solutions, that make substantial contributions to customers' core business practices, has been recognized by Keyfile Corporation of America with the awarded Keyfile VAP status.
This award is a result of Spectrum surpassing milestones set by Keyfile Corporation in terms of product sales and expertise, technical support and the design and installation of Keyfile Electronic Document Management and Knowledge Management systems. Another key indicator in awarding Spectrum IT VAP status was its ability to integrate other productivity solutions such as fax servers, batch scanning systems, document recognition products, signature security applications and the full range of Microsoft Applications Rob Airey, MD of Spectrum IT says "To remain competitive, organisations must implement innovative technology in order to automate and facilitate business decision making. Spectrum Information Technology are the only South African suppliers of Electronic Data Management and Workflow solutions to have been awarded Keyfile VAP status, identifying it as the market leader in Keyfile EDMS and Keyflow workflow solutions for Southern Africa.
