Speer has developed a unique Service delivery methodology that consists of three elements namely: Reactive, Proactive and a Specialised set of processes to address the deliverables in any IT service delivery environment on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

These highly specialised and versatile products are only available from Speer, and consist of the following:

Emergency Response (E.R.)

What is E.R?

The E.R product is our Reactive service whereby we deliver problem management services through our remote tools and on-site if and when required, this product is applicable to infrastructure and systems depending on the customer requirement.

IT Health (Vitality)

What is Vitality?

The Vitality product focuses on the Proactive functions to ensure stability across all platforms on a continuous basis.

Specialist Plus (SP)

What is SP?

The SP product is dynamic to focus on specific customer requirement; this can vary from Disaster Recovery, Asset Management or new Systems Development.
