Multinational technology innovator Spescom has appointed Nyeleti Magadze to the position of company secretary of the Spescom group.
Magadze obtained a B.Proc degree from the University of the North and a Higher Diploma in tax law from Rand Afrikaans University. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Province and of the Corporate Lawyers Association of South Africa.
Magadze's most recent position was that of associate partner with Smit, Jones and Pratt Attorneys.
She has been employed by the Spescom group since February 2003 and before accepting her current appointment, she was group legal counsel, assisting the company secretary and is compliance officer of the Spescom Limited Share Trust.
