The converged and networked business landscape - both in terms of technology and service provision - is possibly one of the most relevant driving forces in the ICT industry today.
To ensure it maximises the synergy between it five divisions, Spescom, an integrated business communication solutions provider, has appointed Pieter du Preez as Group Executive: Business Solutions Development as of 1 July 2010.

Du Preez, who previously spent eight years with Spescom working in its Spescom DataFusion and Spescom DataVoice divisions, will be based at the Group's Stellenbosch R&D facilities, and will be responsible for the development of new solutions and methods of product delivery in conjunction with Spescom's divisional MDs.
