Spescom DataFusion becomes Avaya platinum partner

Johannesburg, 07 Dec 2006

Spescom DataFusion, the group's call centre operation, has achieved platinum partnership status with the world leader in the call centre industry, Avaya.

Platinum status is awarded following a rigorous assessment process in which technical skills proficiency, resources, customer satisfaction and overall success in the marketplace are examined.

"This is the highest recognition and level of certification that Avaya can bestow on partners," says Spescom DataFusion CEO, Paul Fick.

He says that certification is a formal process.

"Spescom underwent a stringent audit process in various fields, including technical competence, the selling, scoping and designing of solutions, and we were assessed to be at the top of our game as a leading Avaya partner."

Fick says it sends a message to the marketplace that translates into customer confidence in Spescom, proven successful completion of top-level projects and consistent achievement of targets.

Avaya SA country manager, Bridget Kelly, says: "Avaya is thrilled to welcome Spescom DataFusion as a fully accredited Avaya Platinum Business Partner. This achievement is just reward for the high levels of technical and commercial commitment Spescom has shown Avaya over many years."
