Spescom DataVoice has entered into a strategic alliance with Key Performance Technologies (KPT).
The agreement sees Spescom DataVoice extend its range of recording platforms to include Qnique, a contact centre performance management solution.
Spescom DataVoice CEO, Paul Fick, says the product will be rebranded DataVoice Qnique Insight and will include a DataVoice communications recording component.
"The addition of a performance management component to Spescom's market offerings is an exciting prospect for us. It constitutes a natural progression into a new sector of the contact centre arena by providing a powerful assessment tool that enables Spescom to offer customers a comprehensive contact centre and voice recording solution," says Fick.
"Qnique integrates easily with Spescom's recording products. We can now offer a competitive, comprehensive performance management solution that addresses a myriad of needs in the contact centre environment.
"The current Qnique customer base will benefit from Spescom's extensive resources, as a multinational concern, including the group's technology research and development capabilities.
"Existing customers will also continue to enjoy contact with the same KPT employees who have now moved over to Spescom. This ensures continuity of service and provides Spescom with a wealth of knowledge and experience on both the Qnique product and the performance management arena," concludes Fick.
