Spescom obtains Etrali certification

Spescom DataVoice has achieved Applications Partner Programme Solution status from French telecommunications company, Etrali.

Spescom DataVoice is the voice transaction management operation of multinational, Spescom.

Etrali tested and approved the DataVoice Etradeal recording solution in its laboratory in Paris. According to Spescom DataVoice technical director, Sakkie Nel, the solution provides tightly integrated support for the Etrali Etradeal Turret System, deployed in financial institutions and trading houses.

"The Spescom DataVoice product is fully compliant with Etradeal Turret Systems and offers customers benefits like cost-effective N+1 redundancy, remote e-mail and SMS alarms, and powerful business process integration," says Nel.

Nel notes that the certification provides customers with the assurance of working with an approved supplier.

"Spescom DataVoice can also provide customised assistance designed for the Etradeal as well as the traditional support for its dedicated Recording Links and MACH2 turrets," concludes Nel.

According to Tony Moulange, Technical Partnerships Manager of Etrali in London, Spescom submitted its products to Etrali's laboratories for exhaustive testing under the Application Partner Programme.

"We are pleased to announce that their equipment is now certified to work with our Etradeal 160M and 1Giga systems."
