Spescom reconstitutes board

JSE-listed ICT specialist, Spescom Limited, has announced a reconstitution of its board of directors with effect from 1 October. This move is in line with good corporate .

The new Spescom Limited main board will comprise two executive directors, Tony Farah, chairman and Hilton Isaacman, chief financial officer. Non-executive directors, Larry Kallmeyer, Lynne Ogilvy and Sipho Pityana, make up the remainder of the board.

While the following directors have resigned from the board, they all remain in their current executive management capacity within the group: Simon Blagden, Vernon Leas, Johann Leitner, Carl Mostert, Viv Crone and Ken Baker.
