NeuraTech, South African developer of a knowledge management support tool, has signed up customer relationship management (CRM) consultants Spicer Customer Relationship Solutions (Spicer CRS) as a solution development partner.
The CRM solutions Spicer develops for customers will make use of NeuraTech`s NeuralFrameWork knowledge management application development tool where appropriate.
Spicer CRS technical director Leon Briel believes there is much synergy between the companies` offerings.
