World leading specialist in software quality, SQS, is expanding into the area of management consulting, with an initial focus around quality business analysis.

As with most projects, 70% of defects are originated during the early analysis and design phases, but normally only 10% are found and corrected at that stage. The cost of fixing an error in the final deployment phase is 90x the cost of fixing it in the analysis phase, and 22x the cost of fixing it in the design stage. By introducing quality business analysis as a service offering, SQS can help to drive the focus on introducing quality earlier in the project life cycle, which will ensure optimal quality, collaboration, verification and traceability for SQS clients.
