Square One's Marking Solutions will demonstrate brand new, cost-effective ways to implement and integrate printing and labelling solutions for the manufacturing industries at the definitive packaging and food processing exhibition, Propak Africa 2009, being held at the MTN Expo Centre, at Nasrec, from 20 - 23 October.

Visitors to the Marking Solutions stand will be able to see how on-the-line print and apply technology will save time and money and bring packing and labelling processes right up to date. Square One's Marking Solutions will demonstrate the new EIDOS printing product from Italy, that allows a much more efficient integrated labelling process.
Recently, Marking Solutions achieved two new happy clients. A food manufacturer in the Eastern Cape has realised significant cost savings through a reduction in time and stock wastage and a huge reduction in manual errors. And the effective implementation of a ten-head promotions numbering solution has significantly increased the capacity and capability of another client's printing press.
Marking Solutions will also show how increasingly stringent coding legislation from the EU can easily be accommodated for export offerings. As international rules on contents identification become more complex, the export market is growing significantly. As such, a flexible and sophisticated coding solution is required that guarantees the legibility of the marking so as to maximise revenue.
More innovative laser printing offerings from Solaris Laser of Poland will also be on show, for members of the wine and fruit industry who are looking for an alternative to inkjet solutions, with its associated consumables expenses and, in many cases, messy operations.
