Through its 'Shopper Count' solution, SRP provides technology to count shoppers entering shops, while the 'Shopper Interact' tool observes where consumers go once they're in a store, and 'Shopper Engage' uncovers their in-store behaviour and actions.
The new deal will mean that retailers and brand owners in the region will have access to best-in-class technology and data reporting for stores, in turn providing them with the ability to continually monitor business performance against customer opportunity, Synovate states.
