As part of its world-wide partner network, Staffware - one of the top 50 software companies in Europe and a leader in business process automation market - has appointed Fourier Approach as one of its South African partners.

Ehmke explains that the focus of the Staffware partner network is to provide Staffware users with the best possible automation solutions and the partners to implement them. Fourier Approach is a privately-owned consulting firm providing business and system analyst consulting services to corporates nationwide. It also includes assistance in the acquisition process (definition and management) of information systems.
"One of our core areas of focus lies in the workflow and business process arena," says Kobus Fick, Fourier managing director, "upon evaluating Staffware`s world renowned solutions, specifically in the production workflow area, it made sense to partner with them locally."
As the company having the outsourced contract to supply Telkom Properties with their IT requirements, Fourier needed a solution to assist the company to streamline Telkom Properties` business processes. Staffware`s robust workflow engine was used as the core.
"Fourier has developed some key Staffware implementation skills, and has also developed certain utilities around our product," comments Ehmke. "One such utility is an MIS reporting capability that fits on Staffware`s database, and provides our customers the ability to dynamically define the information they are looking for from our case data/audit data, and then displays it in a form they want."
