Standard Bank, one of Africa`s leading banking groups, has signed a RiskMentor contract with PIC Solutions, to provide ongoing credit and risk management consulting support for the bank`s wide range of consumer credit portfolios.
Standard Bank entered into this ongoing consulting relationship with PIC Solutions following the successful completion of a credit and risk workshop assignment.
Through this ongoing RiskMentor consulting contract, Standard Bank `reserves` a specific level of consulting hours over the next 12 months. Standard Bank can then make use of this consulting support at times when it is most needed. The bank chooses what projects and when the specialist consulting resources are to be used, thus ensuring maximum productivity, combined with fixed monthly budgeting.
In addition, the RiskMentor consulting contract ensures that resources can be used from any area of PIC expertise, including credit risk consulting, analytics, project management and software services.
