Standard Bank enrols in PIC Solutions Credit Academy

Standard Bank, one of Africa`s leading banking groups, has selected PIC Solutions Credit Academy to deliver comprehensive collections training to personnel in the organisation`s collections environment.

As part of an on-going commitment to improving effective risk management practices within the organisation, Standard Bank has contracted PIC Solutions to conduct a series of seminars to their collections personnel. This specialised training programme will focus on the various areas of collections, namely:

* Scoring best practices
* Risk management best practices
* Collections management best practices
* Performance management best practices

The Collections Academy Training Programme will provide delegates with an in-depth understanding of the concepts and practical implementation of best practice collections management in the early stage and late stage delinquent accounts arenas.
