Strait Logics debuts online HR

Strait Logics has unveiled an online product called HR Pad, a self-service personnel administration service that provides a Web communications portal for employers and their staff, states Employee Benefits.

The product is designed to be offered through an organisation's corporate intranet, so employers can refresh the data at any time, measure traffic going through the site, and send messages to their staff.

Also included is a server payslip that goes directly to the employees, which are produced as PDF documents in real-time.

Salary.com, a provider of payroll and compensation solutions, and Hewitt Associates, an HR consulting and outsourcing services company, have partnered, writes Market Watch.

This is in efforts to deliver joint compensation technology and consulting solutions to each company's customers and prospects.

Under the agreement, Salary.com will provide Web-based survey management and pay analytics software to clients in Hewitt's Broad-Based Compensation Consulting practice.

NuView Systems, an HR and payroll software provider, has enhanced its NuViewHR version 4.14 product suite, according to Market Wire.

Targeting the evolving needs of HR professionals, the release helps government contractor organisations meet new OFCCP compliance rules regarding the stringent classification of job applicants and provides a complete grievance tracking system as a retention and employee engagement tool.

The new version also facilitates salary surveys and performance review updates to support its compensation management tools.
