Striata appoints sales manager for continental Europe

Johannesburg, 08 Dec 2011

Striata, a global leader in paperless communication, has announced the appointment of Keira Holland to the position of Sales Manager for continental Europe.

“Europe provides Striata with an excellent opportunity for organic growth. In these times of continued economic uncertainty, agile organisations across Europe are looking for technology that not only provides dramatic cost savings, but also increases customer satisfaction, loyalty and revenue per customer. Striata is uniquely positioned to meet these requirements, and our clients and partners in this region will appreciate the value of a dedicated resource,” says Michael Wright, CEO, Striata.

“I'm so pleased to be supporting the Striata organisation, which provides world-class, next-generation e-billing and e-marketing solutions. These paperless solutions, delivered directly to customer inboxes, cut costs, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver more value to both organisations and customers than last-generation portal solutions. Striata's business activities are also positive when measured by triple bottom line (social, environmental and financial impacts) standards of accounting - unlike many companies that claim to be green, but are - in fact - just paying it lip service,” explains Holland.

Previously, Holland led European market penetration efforts for data and process efficiency, as well as for compliance-enhancing products and solutions.

During her tenure as Business Development Director for DICOM (now Kofax) EMEA, Holland oversaw the highly successful launch of an automated invoice processing solution. Holland, an American citizen, has resided in several European countries since 1996, and is now based in Belgium. She speaks German, Dutch and French and is culturally literate on a pan-European level.

Striata's Secure eDocument Delivery and Email Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) are solution sets that deliver a rapid reduction in operational costs, quicker payments and an enhanced customer experience.

Striata revolutionises the way bills, statements, policies, collection notices, letters, paystubs and other high volume system-generated documents are delivered and paid. Registration requirements are eliminated by e-mailing feature-rich, interactive, encrypted documents directly to the inbox and enabling innovative one-click electronic payment from within the document itself. Direct e-mail delivery of bills and statements dramatically increases customer adoption of electronic documents, paper turn-off and e-payments. This enables Striata's clients to achieve rapid ROI; complement their existing self-service and e-communication strategies; significantly reduce paper output; and to meet their carbon footprint/environmental impact targets.

As a leading international provider of electronic messaging since 1999, with more than 200 blue-chip customers, Striata has operations in New York, London, Sydney, Johannesburg, Hong Kong and partners in North, Central and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
