Striata, EMSS partner to service Hawaiian region

Document solutions company, Electronic Management Support and Services (EMSS) based in Honolulu, Hawaii, has decided to become part of Striata's Channel Partner Programme.

EMSS made the decision to partner with Striata in order to be able to offer its existing client base the option and advantages of secure electronic document delivery.

EMSS specialises in the delivery of industry-specific solutions and services, and focuses on output management, business consulting, custom print-stream programming and document/statement creation and delivery services.

As it stands, EMSS currently looks after its clients' entire document process from the creation of the document, to the document processing, and finally through to the document presentment. As Larry Watanabe, CEO of EMSS explains, "The partnership with Striata allows us to deliver those documents as an encrypted email and in so doing, adding tremendous value to our clients".

Mr. Watanabe expects that the electronic delivery of his client's invoices and statements will benefit them by helping to dramatically reduce billing costs, shortening the billing and payment cycle, enhancing customer service and providing a dynamic and flexible marketing channel.
