Striata, a leading application software developer focused on electronic communication has launched a pilot project with i-Benefits, a prominent employee benefits consulting company in South East Asia.

With subsidiaries that operate in five countries - Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Thailand, i-Benefits provides employee benefits consulting services to clients throughout South East Asia.
Says i-Benefits CEO Mark Myerson title: "We awarded the pilot to Striata having identifying their application platform as a secure and efficient way to communicate with clients. Striata's application platform consists of the eBilling, eMarketing and eContact Suites. The key project for i-Benefits will be sending out confidential premium statements to their client base using Striata's secure eBilling product.
i-Benefits will also be implementing the eMarketing Suite to send personalised email notifications through Striata's delivery process. eContact is being evaluated as a tool to manage their inbound electronic communication with their policyholders. These products will be deployed across their product-focused customer management teams.
