Electronic billing specialist, Striata, has formed a strategic alliance with InteliData Technologies Corp (Nasdaq: INTD), to jointly market Striata's eBilling Suite and services into their respective markets under a revenue sharing agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement, Striata will provide its world-class secure electronic bill presentment services through US subsidiary, Striata Inc, and InteliData will provide its financial services industry leadership and leading bill payment technology, resulting in an end-to-end solution that can be deployed in-house or in an ASP environment.
