Survey 123 can now be purchased and deployed over the Internet. Saratoga Software has recently launched this exciting new mobile survey solution, Survey 123, and has now made it available for purchase over the Internet.
Survey 123 is designed to instantly access, analyse, monitor and report on any activity in the field.
"This new development provides Survey 123 with access to multiple international markets, while offering an affordable and world-class survey service," according to JB Maree, Saratoga's Business Development Manager.
Survey 123 uses state-of-the-art technologies to enable instant and accurate survey feedback on multiple mobile platforms. Survey questions are placed on any electronic device, including PDAs, tablet PCs or electronic kiosks.
The results of the survey questions are downloaded to a secure Web site or intranet, allowing organisational administration to view results instantaneously. The software provides drill down functionality that allows continuous analysis of the data.
Survey 123 is used in the United States and its distribution has been expanded through Saratoga's business in America. Saratoga now has significant experience in this field. Our survey products have been successfully utilised in hospitals and universities to monitor customer service levels, customer satisfaction and course evaluations. The product has many other uses such as event evaluations, exit polling and in-store research. Saratoga's London office has also registered a great deal of interest in Survey 123 from the UK market and is currently exploring opportunities in that market.
