Symantec enhances SME protection

Symantec has enhanced its SME portfolio, offering protection against internal and external threats, business continuity features and improved manageability, reports V3.co.uk.

The Symantec Protection Suite Advanced Business Edition will protect endpoints, provide messaging security, and prevent data loss with content filtering at the mail gateway, the firm says.

Real-time security intelligence from the cloud-based Symantec Global Intelligence Network will provide early threat warnings and automatic backups to guard against zero-day threats, according to Symantec.
