Symantec has released a fix for two vulnerabilities discovered late last month in the Auto-Protect functionality of Symantec's Norton AntiVirus 2004 and 2005.
The fix has been released for all affected products through Symantec's LiveUpdate service.
If exploited, the vulnerabilities could allow a denial-of-service attack. Symantec says it is unaware of any adverse customer impact from the vulnerabilities, but still advises customers to run LiveUpdate for any affected products.
