The release of Sync 3.7 is one of the biggest releases from iSync Solutions to date. Sync is a PLM and ERP system designed specifically for the clothing and textile industry, which is used by customers such as The Foschini Group, Jeep, Naartjie, Quiksilver, Soviet, along with many other leading SA clothing brands.
Some of the major additions include an advanced production planning component coupled with a new work study module for detailed garment operation costing; a substantial data logging system; custom business entities; a comprehensive configuration utility; and major enhancements to mobile sales and financial integration.
Sync's stock control modules have been enhanced to include new functionality that has been developed in conjunction with customers that are leaders in the clothing and textile industry. The application programming interface (API) has been improved to better communicate with external systems such as Tradestream and SAP.
A mobile service-based application has also been developed to provide core stock control functionality in remote warehouse locations. This includes a new mobile stock control module designed for handheld RF scanners.
