SystemicLogic expands applied research, consulting services

Johannesburg, 15 Jun 2005

Cape Town, Western Cape - SystemicLogic has expanded its applied research and consulting services by establishing a physical presence in the Western Cape.

SystemicLogic has an established market in the Western Cape but with no physical presence in the Western Cape. Based in Johannesburg, the company decided to support its research with implementation skills in the Western Cape. It searched for an existing business, with insight to apply front-line research to deliver business solutions.

The key selection criterion was to find a partner with a track record of successful implementations. AlephZeph Consulting was identified as a company with the profile needed to expand SystemicLogic`s presence in the Western Cape.

AlephZeph Consulting has focused since 2001 on delivering market-driven enterprise architecture and business process engineering solutions. AlephZeph Consulting will merge its consulting services with SystemicLogic to establish a new applied research and consulting business in the Western Cape.

The new company will be built totally on the SystemicLogic brand name. Consulting services will be consistent with the SystemicLogic standards and mode of operation. Through the new business initiative SystemicLogic will be able to extend the collaborative environment needed to participate actively with clients, partners and academic institutions.

"Our clients benefit most from our research when they have on-demand access to implementation resources and when our research is directed at addressing real issues," says Dr Jay van Zyl, founding director of SystemicLogic.

The new business entity will combine the quality research products of SystemicLogic with the value focused implementation skills of AlephZeph Consulting to deliver superior business advice and solutions.

"SystemicLogic has the research capacity to better exploit the value of AlephZeph Consulting`s market-focused enterprise architecture approach and value framework," says Jurgens Pieterse, executive member of AlephZeph Consulting.

Customers will begin to deal with the new business from as early as July.
